This part time Receptionist position includes responsibilities such as greeting visitors, assisting in document preparation, and managing phone calls. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome the public and provide general assistance

• Support clerical functions through document management

• Answer and direct facility phone calls appropriately

• Manage office supply inventory and orders

• Maintain confidentiality regarding all resident and financial information

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in office administration preferred

• Understanding relevant to accounting practices

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
