Pioneer Co-Operative is hiring a part-time Clerk II responsible for assisting with various bookkeeping and clerical tasks. You will work closely with the Plumbing Coordinator on job scheduling, documentation, processing invoices, and managing communications. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with dispatch and job scheduling processes
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including invoice processing
• Maintain essential project records and documentation
• Handle telephone inquiries and provide customer support
• Monitor material inventory and job progress
Requirements:
• Experience in bookkeeping and dispatch is preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in plumbing is a plus
• Flexibility to work 24-40 hours per week
