Manage all administrative aspects of Camp Bethany, registrations and communication with parents and community partners.

Compassion for children and teens and a strong desire to serve them.
Experience in serving children and students.
A current vulnerable sector police background check.
ACCOUNTABILITYThe Administrative Assistant will be directly accountable to the Pastor of Family Life.
MAIN DUTIES ANDKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in conjunction with and under the supervision of the Pastor of Family Life, this position is for 40 hours per week and will include:
Be the first point of contact for the day camp
Answer incoming calls, replying to general correspondence and dealing with enquiries
Help clients with registration questions
Send weekly emails and camp updates to parents and community partners
Procurement and proper management of camp supplies and assets
Manage and properly account for camp financials
Maintain and file all camp records in a systematic and confidential manner.
TERMS40 hours per week, duration of 11 weeks*. Paid hourly wage.
