Take on a vital role as an Administrative Support IV – Scheduler with Health Shared Services at AHS Michener Bend. This flexible, detail-oriented position focuses on urgent scheduling tasks and employee support.
As the Scheduling Specialist, you will handle complex scheduling for various programs. Your adept use of Workforce Management applications will enhance workflow and ensure payroll accuracy. Adaptability to interruptions and a focused mindset are essential to meet the dynamic staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staff scheduling tasks under tight deadlines
• Document payroll data according to policies
• Generate detailed scheduling reports for analysis
• Provide training and support for new staff members
• Engage with team and management to address staffing needs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of scheduling experience
• Participation in a 6-week training course required
• Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
