This position requires two years of college training or a community college certificate, alongside three to five years of relevant experience. As part of the academic team, you will manage confidential information and streamline the onboarding process for new staff. Your organizational skills will ensure efficient calendar management and timely support for faculty performance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute correspondence for the Dean

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding for new faculty and staff

• Manage the Dean's calendar and travel arrangements

• Assist in organizing school events and meetings

• Oversee faculty evaluation timelines and resources

Requirements:

• Two years of related post-secondary education

• Three to five years of job-related experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with confidential record management

• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
