The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist for our Cam Clark Ford Red Deer dealership.

With over 19 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing an outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience!

In the position of Receptionist, reporting to the Regional Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting our customers and assisting them with their vehicle needs.

You will be accountable for:
  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answering the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to the appropriate sales representative or department.
  • Coordinating all courier pickups, ordering toner supplies.
  • Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
  • Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
  • Maintaining the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
  • The ability to work effectively and be part of a team environment.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
