Team | Position Growth & Innovation Team Sales
· Partnership:
Full-time, Intermediate-Level
  • Lead B2B sales and strategic partnerships to support foreign companies in establishing and expanding their business in Canada
  • Manage corporate client relationships and execute outbound sales initiatives
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with global and local businesses
  • Discover high-potential startups focused on growth and innovation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related fields
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills in both Korean and English for professional documentation
  • Strong global research and market analysis capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in B2B consulting, trade, startups, or investment-related industries
  • Practical experience in international business, including establishing overseas subsidiaries and negotiating partnership contracts
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
  • Weekends and public holidays off
  • Salary and compensation to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on internal company policies
Start Date
  • To be determined in consultation with the selected candidate
