Strategy & Foresights Advisor – Full‑time (12‑18 month contract, remote friendly)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the development, refinement, and communication of enterprise and business unit strategies, translating high‑level objectives into measurable plans.
  • Articulate the organization’s strategy clearly across the enterprise, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
  • Partner closely with business units and functional teams to align operational plans, initiatives, and resource allocations with strategic priorities.
  • Apply strategic foresight methodologies—environmental scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning—to anticipate future market conditions.
  • Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and refine strategies based on performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, market research, corporate strategy, strategic communications, or a related discipline (required).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
