Position: Canada Homestay Network Relationship Manager
Elevate the experience of international students as a Relationship Manager with the Canada Homestay Network in Red Deer, AB. Engage in a hybrid role that emphasizes relationship management and cultural support.

This full-time permanent role requires you to connect students, hosts, and schools effectively. You will oversee relationships while providing in-person training and responding to sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor relationships among key stakeholders

• Facilitate training and orientation sessions

• Communicate clearly and maintain detailed records

• Create a network of supportive host families

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant experience preferred

• Community College Certificate or Diploma required

• International experience an asset

• Strong confidentiality and judgment skills needed

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
