Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document client pension requirements thoroughly
• Analyze gaps between requirements and existing solutions
• Host and lead discussions with clients on their needs
• Create and maintain detailed requirement documents
• Provide expertise in pension administration practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience
• Minimum 5 years in pension administration
• Mandatory bilingual skills in French and English
• Knowledge of defined benefits pension laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
