Employment Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Work arrangements: Remote friendly and hybrid

• Develop and manage enterprise scorecards, performance metrics, and KPIs to assess strategic effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement to strategy and execution practices.
• Assess the value of projects and initiatives and evaluate where benefits are achieved by measuring actual outcomes against expected results.
• Collaborate with FP&A to align benefits realization with financial metrics for strategic alignment.

• A bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• 6-8 years experience in strategic planning or a related field is highly valued.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
