Procurement Administrator

Position: Procurement Administrator Role
Take charge of procurement duties as a Procurement Administrator with Precision Well Servicing in Red Deer. Manage purchase orders and ensure operational support through teamwork.

This on-site position emphasizes processing purchase order requests and adhering to operational policies. You will review documents, maintain supplier relationships, and work closely with Accounts Payable to streamline transactions. Your proactive approach will enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders efficiently from start to finish

• Review documents in compliance with company standards

• Liaise with Accounts Payable for operational flow

• Communicate effectively with vendors and Field Employees

• Assist in vendor sourcing and maintain relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles

• Knowledge in procurement or oil and gas sector is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities

• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is beneficial
