Program Manager (High-Visibility Initiative)

We are actively recruiting a Program Manager to drive a critical, cross‑functional compensation initiative with a premier enterprise client.

• Build, own, and maintain comprehensive project plans to track milestones and dependencies.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings, drive discussions, and ensure alignment across HR, Engineering, and Compensation SMEs.
• Proactively identify risks, navigate challenges, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Document technical and business requirements, process flows, and decision logs.

• 4 to 8 years of proven Program/Project Management experience.
• Prior experience at a Big4 or major consulting firm.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and requirements‑gathering abilities.
• Basic understanding of End‑to‑End compensation processes; M&A experience is a massive plus.

• Location:
  
  Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days per week in‑office, including Monday).
• Schedule:
  
  Standard EST working hours.
• Growth:
  Contract role with solid potential for extension or conversion to FTE.
• Nice‑to‑Haves:
  Experience with Salesforce/Org.
