• Support enterprise and small restaurant partners
• Identify operational gaps in the delivery lifecycle
• Utilize SQL and Excel for data-driven insights
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of professional experience in operations or logistics
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Preferred basic SQL knowledge for data tasks
• Exceptional communication skills with partners
