Key Responsibilities:

• Direct month-end and year-end closes

• Design financial dashboards for stakeholders

• Spearhead ERP enhancements in cost management

• Collaborate with engineering on cost structures

• Maintain accurate standard costing methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• Minimum of 8 years cost accounting experience

• 5 years must be in manufacturing sectors

• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Oracle

• Strong Excel skills for dashboard creation
