Enhance business performance as a Strategic Finance Partner. Lead financial planning, provide variance analysis, and support stakeholder engagements to improve regional outcomes.
You will play a key role in maintaining financial governance and delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis. With a focus on budgets and forecasts, you will ensure that all financial controls are applied consistently across regions. A minimum of 4 years in financial analysis or business partnering is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present annual budgets and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and practices
• Provide insights for regional leadership discussions
• Consolidate performance data for clear financial visibility
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years' experience in finance roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High organizational ability to meet deadlines
