Une société d'investissement à long terme recherche un Associé en Fusions et Acquisitions. Le candidat sera en charge de soutenir les activités d'évaluation et de diligence raisonnable pour des acquisitions. Les responsabilités incluent l'identification d'entreprises cibles et le développement de campagnes de prospection. Les candidats doivent avoir 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en banque d'investissement ou en capital-investissement, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des compétences analytiques solides.
