Position: Finance Leadership Role in Corporate Strategy
Oversee financial planning and compliance as a Finance Leader. Provide strategic insights that support corporate growth and administrative oversight in a remote-first environment.

This leadership role encompasses all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with company growth objectives. You'll collaborate with department heads and support G&A functions, especially in legal and contracts management, while setting performance goals for your finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate financial strategies to meet business objectives

• Lead the annual budget development process

• Review financial statements in compliance with IFRS

• Manage risk and compliance across financial operations

• Develop a strong finance team through mentoring and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

• 5–10 years of relevant finance experience

• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity

• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial software
