Your Opportunity
Our Red Deer office is looking for a Co‑op or Intern student to join the Financial Reporting and Insights team for a 4‑month term from May to August 2027. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience in accounting, exposing the Co‑op or Intern to various aspects of financial reporting, analysis, compliance, and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Efficiently utilize technical knowledge from courses to prepare tax returns for a variety of clients
- Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments per regulatory standards
- Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
- Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
- Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
