As the Controller on the Market Leadership Team, you will be the essential business partner overseeing financial management reporting. Utilize your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to improve decision-making processes. This position calls for a professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, coupled with strong skills in reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant accounting and financial reporting functions

• Interpret financial data for actionable recommendations

• Maintain robust financial controls and reconciliations

• Lead budgeting and forecasting alongside business partners

• Collaborate with management to align financial goals

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience

• CPA designation or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, SAP

• Strong understanding of IFRS/US GAAP is a plus
