Position: Client Service Representative at ATB Financial
Join ATB Financial as a Client Service Representative, the welcoming face of our team in Red Deer. Connect with clients to provide essential banking services with a personal touch.

This temporary 12-month role involves proactive engagement with clients to understand their unique financial goals. You will educate customers on digital banking tools while collaborating with our internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Providing tailored solutions, security, and maintaining branch asset integrity are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to assess their financial needs and goals

• Introduce and educate clients on digital banking solutions

• Collaborate with teams for operational efficiency

• Ensure adherence to policies while processing transactions

• Participate in team meetings and promote positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Flexible team player with a passion for helping others

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Grade 12 education; business courses preferred

• Proven customer service and/or sales experience

• Familiarity with personal lending services is a plus
