In this branch position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the appropriate solutions for banking queries, new accounts, or investment advice. You’ll engage in service transactions and digital education, fostering confidence in emerging banking trends like mobile and online services. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and requests
• Direct customers to the correct staff for personalized assistance
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and services
• Support the completion of scheduled transactions
• Recommend process improvements to enhance branch operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years relevant experience
• Post-Secondary degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Knowledgeable about banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication skills with a customer focus
