• Assist customers in day-to-day inquiries and transactions

• Complete cash and non-cash transactions accurately

• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• High School diploma and over a year of related experience

• Investment Funds Canada certification within 6 months

• Proficient with MS Office and banking software

• Solid understanding of banking services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
