Regional Director for ATB Wealth

Join ATB Wealth as Regional Director and lead a team of advisors in Central Alberta. Focus on coaching and supporting a competent team to optimize client interactions and business results.

As Regional Director, you will oversee approximately 25 advisors based in or near Red Deer, AB. This role centers on crafting performance management strategies, fostering advisor collaboration, and ensuring best practices are communicated effectively. You will also manage escalated issues, ensuring advisors have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor coaching strategies for advisor engagement

• Build and manage an advisor talent pipeline

• Implement client service standards and monitor compliance

• Act as an escalation point for critical advisor issues

• Facilitate collaboration among client-facing advisors

Requirements:

• 10 or more years in wealth management or banking

• Minimum 4 years of wealth management experience

• Strong leadership to motivate advisors

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course

• CFP, CIM, or CFA designations valued
