Westerner Park is seeking an experience-focused individual for a key operational role for a year. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead event planning. Primary responsibilities also include developing the food services staff and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Food & Beverage department operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support planning and executing special events
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training
• Handle customer complaints and drive service improvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field
• Minimum three years in food and beverage services
• Two years of leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Valid driver’s license and Pro Serve certification required
