As the Lead Catering Event Supervisor, you'll oversee all operations associated with catering services, including staff coordination and event setup. Your expertise in menu selection and event booking will be vital. You are also responsible for fostering a safety culture, ensuring staff adherence to health and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise preparation and service of catered events
• Book events, select and price menu items
• Uphold sanitation and safety measures rigorously
• Build and maintain customer relations at events
• Drive training initiatives for team skill development
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant operational experience
• Event booking experience preferred
• Physical ability for lifting and standing tasks
• Preparedness for wearing uniforms and PPE
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills
Take the lead in enhancing catering services at Aramark while ensuring exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
