In this managerial role, you will oversee the dining room and housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest service standards while managing budgets and labor schedules. Candidates must bring a strong background in “front of house” leadership as well as stellar organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and schedule dining and housekeeping staff

• Manage daily operations as Manager on Duty

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Establish and oversee labor and supplies budget

• Collaborate with Executive Chef to enhance dining programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED;
Associate’s Degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality management

• Valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office

• Ability to carry trays with multiple meals
