Position: Catering Supervisor at Aramark
Lead catering operations with Aramark, ensuring exceptional service in diverse event settings. Supervise planning, execution, and adherence to top brand standards in both central and satellite locations.

As a Catering Service Worker Lead, you will supervise all aspects of catering events, from planning menus and booking to staff coordination and service execution.

Your role includes fostering a safety culture, enforcing sanitation standards, and developing training programs for team members. Engage with clients and vendors to enhance customer relations and contribute to management team discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering operations and staff coordination

• Plan and book events, including menu selection

• Enforce safety and sanitation standards effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in hotel/banquet operations

• Experience in event booking preferred

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role

• Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
