Taylor View Towers is looking for a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support our vibrant seniors’ community. This role focuses on serving meals, assisting residents, and participating in meaningful activities aligned with the Eden Alternative philosophy. Engaging in genuine conversations and fostering connections are essential to ensuring a nurturing environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with serving meals and light housekeeping

• Promote resident involvement in activities

• Engage in meaningful conversations with residents

• Collaborate with the team for event planning

• Monitor feedback for quality service

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred

• Food Safe Certificate is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stressful situations
