As a Guest Services Associate under the Front Office Manager, your main goal is to ensure guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out. You'll manage reservations, address inquiries, and assist with transportation needs while maintaining professional standards at all times. Your proactive approach will encourage guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

• Address inquiries and service requests with promptness

• Handle reservations including group bookings efficiently

• Monitor and report any security concerns

• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records

Requirements:

• One year of hotel front desk experience preferred

• Experience with Opera Property Management System is an asset

• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills

• Degree or diploma related to the field preferred

• Availability for flexible shifts, particularly Sundays
