You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities in supporting our early career recruiters in building our brand on campus and developing a pipeline of future leaders for our organization. Yourkey responsibilities
As an Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for administering the early careers recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to events and activities in support of our recruiting efforts. You’ll be working within various software tools including applicant tracking systems to help track and report on a high volume of candidates to identify hiring trends. You’ll liaise and manage communications with Career Services Offices on campuses in coordinating events and activities.
You’ll coordinate interviews and assist with the logistics including schedules, room reservations and communications. You’ll work closely with our internship programs in organizing and executing events. We’ll look to you to make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
You’ll be helping to coordinate multiple programs and events and managing a high volume of candidates so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key. You’ll need to have a strong focus on customer service including attention to producing high quality results. You’ll also need to be adaptable and agile to ever changing work priorities/environment. You’ll have strong teaming skills with the ability to build relationships with team members in different offices sharing knowledge and best practices.
Toqualify for the role, you must have
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 plus years of experience in recruiting or related discipline preferred
- Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment
- Human Resources or recruiting related experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems (Taleo, Rec Solu, Yello)
