Position: HR Leadership Role Resort

As the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that resort leadership has the necessary HR tools and strategies to succeed. Specializing in employee relations, compliance with gaming regulations, and operational effectiveness, you will guide a team dedicated to excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as HR consultant for operational leaders and GMs

• Implement recruitment and retention strategies

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hospitality standards

• Oversee HR staff with coaching and direction

• Lead training initiatives that promote employee engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality

• Strong understanding of Alberta Employment Standards

• Familiarity with gaming regulations

• Capability to manage workforce planning and conflicts
