As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational success.

• Proactively source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, Linked In, Indeed, and industry connections
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
• Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
• Partner with leaders and employees to navigate complex people matters, including incident management, return-to-work planning, workplace accommodations, investigations, and workforce risk mitigation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, and conflict resolution.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation, WCB, and workplace investigations
• Proven success sourcing and attracting top talent
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset
