Bilton is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner with more than 8 years of experience. This role involves partnering with leadership teams to influence workforce decisions, support talent sourcing, and enhance organizational culture. You will actively participate in managing complex people matters and help in driving employee retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract talent through diverse channels

• Create talent pipelines for future roles

• Support employee engagement and retention efforts

• Collaborate on workforce planning and succession strategies

• Advise on conflict resolution and employee relations

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience

• Familiarity with industrial and construction environments

• Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards

• Proven ability in talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
