Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advisory services to managers and supervisors

• Support and interpret collective agreements and labour relations

• Collaborate on workforce and HR planning initiatives

• Lead recruitment and selection activities from start to finish

• Conduct investigations into employee relations matters

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Five years of relevant HR experience

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with HR legislation and policies

• Ability to manage competing timelines effectively
