In this role, you will partner with leaders across the organization to enhance workforce effectiveness and navigate HR complexities. Your expertise will be vital in driving employee engagement, supporting retention initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent through various channels

• Develop talent pipelines to meet workforce demands

• Foster employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

• Collaborate on workforce planning and organizational matters

• Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution

Requirements:

• 8+ years of HR experience in relevant industries

• Comprehensive knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards

• Proven success in talent acquisition

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• CPHR designation preferred or in progress
