You’re a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Assistant who thrives in a supportive yet fast-paced environment. You take the initiative, communicate clearly, and bring both structure and warmth to your work. You’re tech-confident and people-smart, able to anticipate what’s needed before it’s even asked.
WHAT WE REQUIRE- 2+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative role
- Familiarity with Litigation, Real Estate, and/or Wills & Estates law.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software (bonus if you’ve worked with Clio)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability, time management, and attention to detail
- Client-focused mindset with a calm and confident presence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment
As part of our legal support team, you will:
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents and client correspondence
- Independently manage complex client files through our legal case management platform (Clio)
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, court appearances, and internal meetings while managing competing deadlines
- Proactively monitor critical deadlines
- Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, courts, and external parties, exercising judgment in handling sensitive communications
- Oversee billing operations— including time entry review, invoice preparation, and client billing inquiries
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance our culture of service, empathy, and operational excellence
- Assist with case research and preparation across multiple practice areas, demonstrating adaptability and legal knowledge
This is a client-facing role where you'll be expected to exercise independent judgment and support complex matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
