In this Facility Asset Manager position, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management across multiple educational sites.
Your role will include developing preventative programs and utilizing the CMMS for reporting and maintenance scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operational staff
• Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation
• Use CMMS to streamline maintenance scheduling efforts
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in a relevant field such as Engineering Technology
• 3–5 years’ experience in facility management
• Proficient in building systems and preventative maintenance
• Experience with CMMS tools preferred
• Valid Alberta driver’s license required
