As the Interim Manager at the AB-Bower Place location, you will oversee daily Beauty Studio operations while ensuring Beauty Advisors are skilled in using our technology to enhance the customer experience.
Your role involves managing the Online Reservation system, staffing, in-store events, and performance assessments to drive both client satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio daily operations
• Ensure effective use of technology by Beauty Advisors
• Manage and coordinate client reservation systems
• Plan in-store events for client learning opportunities
• Facilitate training and development for Beauty Advisors
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in a similar management role
• Strong communication and influencing capabilities
• Successful track record in team building and development
• Ability to engage with all business partners
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
