Join Sephora Canada as an Interim Manager, responsible for managing beauty services and events in Red Deer, Alberta. Enhance the client experience and drive store success through strong leadership.
In this essential role, you will oversee Beauty Studio operations and ensure effective management of Beauty Advisors, contributing to an outstanding client experience in-store. You’ll be responsible for planning events, utilizing innovative technologies, and streamlining the client reservation process to improve effectiveness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily management of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio
• Advocate for use of technology by Beauty Advisors
• Administer the Online Reservation system for client appointments
• Plan and execute successful in-store events
• Drive training and performance for Beauty Advisors
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of similar retail experience
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
• Proven track record in team development
• Background in a high-volume retail setting
• Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds
