Experienced Global Study Manager: Driving Excellence in Clinical Trials

This role requires significant expertise in managing clinical trials, including overseeing budgets and driving enrollment initiatives. You will be integral in developing monitoring tools and establishing productive relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient clinical budget oversight and allocation

• Design monitoring plans to enhance study oversight

• Train Clinical Research Associates to improve performance

• Propel timely enrollment and start-up of studies

• Review trip reports and implement action plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Clinical Trial Management at a CRO/Pharmaceutical

• Bachelor’s degree in health or life sciences is necessary

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field

• Preferred: 2+ years of trial monitoring experience

• Fluency in English is essential
