As General Manager, your primary focus will be on center operations, membership growth, and coaching excellence. You’ll ensure an extraordinary experience for families while fostering a teamwork-oriented atmosphere. Actively participating in coaching activities, you will inspire both your staff and students in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master financial metrics and operational stats
• Lead sales initiatives and membership drives
• Recruit and mentor enthusiastic coaches
• Provide hands-on coaching experiences
• Maintain high standards for center operations
Requirements:
• Experience in youth coaching for ages 15 months to 11 years
• Strong interpersonal skills for parent and team engagement
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
• CPR Certification or readiness to get certified
• Flexible work schedule availability including evenings
