Enterprise Risk Management Executive Director

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise risk management framework. Strategic collaboration with executive leaders across all functions is essential to identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks as well as supporting informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management strategy
• Lead annual risk assessments and reporting processes
• Present insights to leadership teams and boards
• Identify strategic and operational risks across the organization
• Create and manage risk dashboards and heat maps
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, or similar
• Over 8 years in risk management or related areas
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Canadian regulatory standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
