In this critical role, you will fully own the operational execution of an online coaching company, working closely with the founder to implement clear and effective strategies. This is not about managing at a process level; instead, you will oversee a high-performing leadership team and ensure that business goals are met without daily founder input. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and set strategies for company-wide goals

• Lead and hold department heads accountable in meeting targets

• Transform visions into actionable execution plans

• Ensure alignment of marketing, sales, and growth initiatives

• Guide quarterly planning and evaluate company performance

Requirements:

• Proven record in high-level leadership roles

• Background in companies generating between $3M and $15M

• Experience directly managing leadership teams

• Deep understanding of the personal brand ecosystem

• Capability to direct daily operations effectively
