Sheet Metal Projects Coordinator in Construction

This role encompasses oversight of the entire lifecycle of sheet metal projects, from preparation through to closure. You will work closely with the Project Manager to finalize budgets and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pre-development, construction, and closure activities
• Manage budget distribution and change orders efficiently
• Liaise with vendors for material quotes and RFQs
• Conduct post-project meetings and cost management
• Ensure comprehensive maintenance of change order logs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years in construction management
• Engineering Degree, CET, or Sheet Metal ticket necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
