Drive resident safety and outstanding care as a Care Quality Manager laborate with the Director of Care to enhance service delivery while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Extendicare seeks a Care Quality Manager to oversee program implementation and maintain high standards in resident care. With over three years of clinical experience, including one year in a supervisory role, you will be instrumental in achieving compliance with all regulations and developing quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will significantly enhance both resident experiences and employee engagement in our long-term care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned care programs ensuring compliance with standards
• Identify risk strategies and collaborate across teams
• Monitor adherence to regulations and standards
• Lead initiatives to improve quality of care
• Foster team development through mentorship and training
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in long-term care, with supervisory experience
• Current Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Nursing preferred
• Proficiency in EHR systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
