Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle project delivery for $30M+ commercial initiatives

• Oversee design review, budgeting, and cost control

• Manage open and converted CM delivery models

• Craft compelling proposals that articulate client benefits

• Mentor and develop aspiring project leaders within the company

Requirements:

• 5+ years in general contracting environment

• 3+ years as a Project Manager on commercial projects

• Proven record of managing projects from design to close-out

• Technical diploma in construction-related field or equivalent experience

• Strong budgeting and risk management skills
