Oilfield Flowback Field Operations - $500/day + Subsistence & Mileage - AB & BC Travel

Colter Energy Inc. is seeking Flowback Day Supervisors for their Alberta-based field operations. These positions involve supervising well testing crews at various sites across Alberta and Northern British Columbia. The ideal candidates will have significant well testing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work away from home for extended periods.

• Wage:
  Starting at $500 per day (based on supervising experience)
• Subsistence allowance
• Truck allowance & mileage/towing

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in well testing
• Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO training from Energy Safety Canada
• Reside or have accommodations in Alberta and be able to report to work in either Grande Prairie or Red Deer
• Truck and full set of tools
• Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screens (Safety Sensitive Position)
• Ability to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift

• Supervisory experience in flowback and well testing operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies
