Mount View Lodge in Olds, Alberta, is looking for a dedicated Food Services team member for evening shifts. Play a key role in meal preparation and resident engagement.
In this position, you will report to the Dietary Supervisor, focusing on food preparations and service for Lodge residents. A friendly interaction with seniors is vital, alongside maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Flexibility and a positive attitude are integral for a successful team dynamic and fulfilling residents' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide food service and meal preparation for residents
• Clean and maintain food service areas throughout shifts
• Handle dishwashing duties efficiently
• Support the Dietary Supervisor with tasks as needed
• Engage positively with all residents
Requirements:
• Experience in a commercial kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset
• Must have a flexible and positive working attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting
• Current first aid and CPR certification needed
