Sales Representative – Red Deer
- Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative for Red Deer and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position with performance-based earning opportunities.

• Attend pre-qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.
• Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).
• Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.
• Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.
• Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Make follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.
• Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Confident and skilled at closing sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude after customer rejection.
• Consistently match customers’ needs with appropriate solutions.

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• One year of experience as a project manager or in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
